Make a bento grid: one image of rounded tiles holding your photos, a big number or headline, and blocks of brand colour. Good for a launch post, a slide, a year-in-review or a case-study cover, with templates to start from and a grid you can resize by dragging.
How it works
- Pick a template and a canvas size, and add photos (or leave them out for a text and colour bento).
- Drag the lines between tiles to resize the grid; click a tile to change it to a photo, text or a colour, and drag a photo to frame it.
- Set the space between cards, the corner radius and the background, then make the bento and download it.
Questions
- Which photo goes in which tile?
- Photo tiles take your photos in the order you added them. Click a tile and pick another photo in Adjust to change it; drag the photo to move it in its tile, and pinch or ⌘-scroll to zoom.
- Can I make tiles bigger or merge them?
- Yes. Click a tile and set how many columns and rows it spans: it grows over whole tiles next to it. Making it smaller leaves the cells it gave up as new photo tiles.
- What if I have fewer photos than photo tiles?
- The empty tiles show a placeholder in the preview and are filled with their colour in the image. You can turn them into text or colour tiles instead.
- Can I use my brand colours and fonts?
- Yes. Every colour field offers the colours in your Brand Library, and the font list includes its fonts.
- Is Bento free?
- Bento is part of One Design Pro. You can try it with the samples for free.
- Are my files uploaded?
- No. Everything runs in your browser, on your device. Your files are never uploaded to a server.
